緊固件機械性能

緊固件是作緊固連接用且應用極為廣泛的一類機械零件。在各種機械、設備、車輛、船舶、鐵路、橋梁、建筑、結構、工具、儀器、儀表和用品等上面都可以看到各式各樣的緊固件。它的特點是品種規格繁多性能用途各異而且標準化、系列化、通用化的種度也極高。

緊固件是應用最廣泛的機械基礎件。隨著我國2001年加入WTO并步入國際貿易大國的行列。我國緊固件產品大量出口到世界各國、世界各國的緊固件產品也不斷涌入中國市場。緊固件作為我國進出口量較大的產品之一實現與國際接軌對推動中國緊固件企業走向世界促進緊固件企業全面參與國際合作與競爭都具用重要的現實意義和戰略意義。　由于每個具體緊固件產品的規格、尺寸、公差、重量、性能、表面情況、標記方法以及驗收檢查、標志和包裝等項目的具體要求是分別規定在幾個國家行業標準中例如有英標、德標和美標。

為了保持緊固件行業持續穩定地發展我國提出了“在發展中調整在調整中提升”的新思路堅持以市場結構、產品結構調整為抓手推進企業重組和產業集聚促進全行業經濟增長方式的轉變。
