    • HY5 / Anti-Protein long hypocotyl 5 antibody Product Information Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody Background: HY5 is a basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor with nuclear localization. It is involved in light-regulated transcriptional activation of G-box-containing promoters. HY5 plays a role in anthocyanin accumulation in far-red light and blue light, but not in red light or in the dark. Synonyms: HY5, ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5, REVERSAL OF THE DET PHENOTYPE 5, TED 5 Immunogen: Recombinant protein of HY5 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT5G11260. Form: Lyophilized Quantity: 150 μg Purification: Protein A purified Reconstitution: Reconstitution with 150μl of 0.01M sterile PBS. "Note: please spin tube briefly prior to opening it to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube".
