CNAS認可項目：是 - REACH法規已于2007年6月1日正式生效。它頒布的目的是確保高水平地保護人類健康和環境，促進替代化學品危險性的評價方法以及化學品在內部市場的自由流通，加強競爭力和創新能力。某些物質自身、或在配制品或制品中，附件XVII包含對其的限制，則其不能被制造、投放市場或使用，除非其遵守限制條件。 The regulations of REACH has became effective from 1st of June,2007. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment, including the promotion of alternative methods for assessment of hazards of substances, as well as the free circulation of substances on the internal market while enhancing competitiveness and innovation. A substance on its own, in a preparation or in an article, for which Annex XVII contains a restriction shall not be manufactured, placed on the market or used unless it complies with the conditions of that restriction. 伴隨著SVHC候選清單和附錄XVII的不斷更新，REACH要求歐盟的供應商也要不斷加強。為了滿足新的SVHC和附錄XVII的要求，相關企業應當隨時留意候選清單的進展情況并及時釆取相應措施。 With the update of SVHC candidate list and Annex XVII, REACH requirements on EU suppliers are also strengthened. In order to comply with the new SVHC and Annex XVII requirements, relevant enterprises should pay attention to progress of the candidate list at all times and take measures timely.
