- A部分 - 基本信息和要求 Material Collection 材料收集 Material Collection refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a Reclaimed Material is collected after its original use has ended (i.e.: it would have otherwise gone into the waste stream). 材料收集是指：回收材料在其原始使用結束后，收集回收到新的生命周期中。（即：如若不收集回收，則將進入廢物流程）。 Post-Consumer Material 消費后材料 Material generated by households or by commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in their role as end-users of the product that can no longer be used for its intended purpose. This includes returns of materials from the distribution chain. 由最終產品用戶、家庭、商業、工業和機構設施產生的，不能再用于其預期用途的材料。包括從分銷鏈中回收的材料。 Pre-Consumer Material 消費前材料 Material diverted from the waste stream during the manufacturing process.
